Paintearth’s Surface Products division operates from a 50,000 square foot facility near Halkirk, Alberta. Its roots go back to 1983, with pressure vessel fabrication to the ASME U stamp level of certification having started in 1997. The division produces approximately 800 pressure vessels and 600 field production packages per year, employing approximately 125 on site and at the Calgary sales office.

Quality Control
Products fabricated and assembled by Paintearth meet the requirements of the following programs:
ASME U Certification number 31246 for construction of pressure vessels per ASME Section VIII, Division 1
Alberta Quality Assurance Program number AQP 1342(s) for the construction of pressure piping per ASME B31.1 and B31.3, and CSA Z-662, as well as construction, repair and alteration of miniature pressure vessels and registered pressure fittings per CSA B51, and the repair and alteration of existing pressure vessels.
National Board Certificate of Authorization for pressure vessels for use in United States.

The Surface Products operations are covered under a comprehensive program which is registered under Alberta Partnerships in Health and Safety Certificate of Recognition (COR) number 20060810-2127.
